The house is situated in a highly desirable location in the Golden Triangle of Norwich on the tree-lined Newmarket road.
This three-storey house has recently undergone a full redecoration and part refurbishment. We have ample secure gated parking available to our guests free of charge. If you are not visiting us by car, the property is on a regular bus route from Norwich Railway Station, which has direct links to London and the Greater Anglia network. A bus stop is positioned within 2 minutes walk of the B&B.
The guest bedrooms are located on the first and second floors. All rooms are elegantly presented in keeping with the ambience of the house. Guests are welcome to use the lounge area on the second floor and the spacious, comfortably furnished conservatory, with access to the established rear garden.
Breakfast can, upon request, be served in the conservatory during the warmer months. The garden consists of a large terrace, lawn, shrubs, fruit trees, a 200 year old fig tree and a children’s play area consisting of a swing, sandpit, mud kitchen and stepping logs. In the summer months guests are welcome to use the sun loungers and furniture to dine al fresco or relax with a glass of wine/Champagne or a beer, which we are happy to chill for you.
